BENETTI MACCHINE AT MARMOMAC 2023
Benetti Macchine SpA, world leader in the production of machines for marble and mining extraction, returns to Marmomac 2023 to be held in VeronaFiere from 26 to 29 September with a dedicated space in Hall 2 - Stand C6/D6.
During the last two years, Benetti Macchine has worked intensively in the design and realization of new more effective and innovative chain saw machines and in the improvement of the existing ones, expanding its production capacity with a new plant of 1,000 square meters. Particular attention was also given to the efficiency of assistance and customer support with the implementation of the new 'Benetti Macchine Service’, that consists of all the interventions and services that are provided immediately after the purchase experience.
For the occasion, it will be presented the new chain saw crawler CSC 866 for vertical and inclined cuts, developed to meet the needs of the international industry and to have a performing yet agile and easy to use cutting machine. Here are some of its main features:
- The presence of the crawler allows for greater traction than wheeled vehicles
- The crawler makes the machine much more maneuverable and agile allowing to prepare the trimming section faster thanks to its rotation of 360°
- Its new cutting system allows not only to carry out vertical cuts up to 4.5 meters but also to make inclined cuts up to 12° for a useful cut up to 4 meters.
- The machine is fully compliant with Industry 4.0 parameters and is equipped with telemetry for remote assistance.
- Thanks to the presence of a tachymetric sensor, the rotation system of the vertical blade, the chains and the uphill/downhill actions can be controlled both in speed and in positioning.
- It is equipped with a single hydraulic pump that delivers load flow according to its 'load sensing' system to significantly reduce the risks from oil loss.
- CSC 866 can then be operated via a remote control that allows to use it in complete safety.
In addition to this important news, Benetti Macchine will also present two other important machines of its portfolio: the chain saw machine CST 966 4x4 Next Gen, a stand-alone machine that is agile and fast when moving for preparing block trimming, and the chain saw machine on rails CSM 968, with blade up to 7.30 m useful cutting belongs to the category of shearers equipped with automatic control and telemetry.
