Benetti Macchine at Marmomac 2022
Benetti Macchine SpA, world leader in the production of machines for marble and mining extraction, returns to Marmomac 2022 to be held in Verona from 27 to 30 September with a dedicated space in Hall 2 - Stand C6/D6.
During the last two years, Benetti Macchine has worked intensively in the design and realization of new more effective and innovative chain saw machines and in the improvement of the existing ones, expanding its production capacity with a new plant of 1,000 square meters.
Particular attention was also given to the efficiency of assistance and customer support with the implementation of the new 'Benetti Macchine Service', that consists of all the interventions and services that are provided immediately after the purchase experience. The new service acts on two main areas of intervention:
1) Assitance and Support that includes both the installation and testing phase and everything related to the maintenance, ordinary or on request, of the machines. The primary objective of Benetti Macchine is to provide assistance through the use of Telemetry, that is a computer technology that allows to manage any problem remotely allowing the operator on site to intervene directly on the machine via telephone support. Where this is not sufficient to solve the problem and it should be necessary to intervene on spot, the company guarantees the immediate prompt intervention of its specialized technical staff or its international commercial network.
2) The sale of original Benetti Macchine spare parts and consumables that have been designed to ensure maximum efficiency and safety of the machines while maintaining their integrity and quality over time. Benetti Macchine original consumables are designed, in particular, to ensure the performance of the machines and their high standards of productivity.
During the event, the flagship machines of the Benetti Macchine portfolio will be exhibited:
1) The new chain saw machine CST 966 4x4 Next Gen, mounted on Caterpillar backhoe (type 444 Next Gen), is a type of self-contained machine, agile and fast when moving. This machine is used for the re-squaring of blocks and for bank cuts, when needed. Caterpillar associates its extensive technical support services worldwide with those of Benetti Macchine.

• Possibility to work in dry condition without the need of cooling water
• The machine can be also controlled remotely thanks to the presence of the wireless control bosrd, equipped with all the functions of the machine.
2) CSM 962 in Automatic configuration, with blade up to 4.50 m of useful cutting: thanks to the high technological content derived from tunnel machines - encoders and proportional valves - the machine is able to work automatically with a very high degree of precision. The encoders in fact allow to manage with millimetric precision the drives of the machine, while the proportional valves allow the automatic management of the machine during the work phases.
3) CSM 968 in Automatic configuration, with a useful cutting blade of up to 7.30 m, belongs to the category of open-pit chain cutting machines equipped with automatic control and telemetry. These machines allow to operate in conditions of extreme safety.
What is more this year, a special effort was dedicated to the improvement of the chain was machines of the TCM line. These machines are destined to acquire an increasing importance, not only for the undoubted advantages and implications for the development of quarry tunnels, but also and above all for their gradual insertion in the outdoor excavation on bench allowing a significant increase in productivity, optimization of resources, reduction of waste materials, environmental protection and monitoring of operations in safety for the operators.
